Beef and Cabbage Gyoza Recipe:

Ingredients:
250g ground beef
1 cup finely chopped Napa cabbage
1 small red chili pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Gyoza wrappers

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Napa cabbage, red chili pepper, ginger, black pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
2. Place a small amount of the beef mixture onto a gyoza wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in half, sealing the edges by crimping with your fingers.
3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Place the gyoza in the pan in a single layer.
4. Cook the gyoza for 23 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
5. Add water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam the gyoza for an additional 57 minutes until the filling is cooked through.
6. Serve the beef and cabbage gyoza hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy this flavorful and satisfying dish!
