Separate 2 eggs into white and yolk.
Put 25ml (3TS) of milk into 2 yolks and fill 37g (3TS) of flour and mix

Put 1 ts of lemon juice or vinegar into 2 whites and using a hand mixer. Add 40g (3TS) of sugar 3 times every 30 seconds.
If the meringue horn stands up, it's done
Divide the meringue into the yolk batter and mix. Stir gently.
Place dough on low heat in a heated pan.
Add some water, cover and bake for 4 minutes.
turn over the dough carefully.

If you touch the souffle side and the dough doesn't come out, it's complete~
Turn off the light, cover it, and take a little bit of time to keep it in shape.
