I'm not a fan of preworkout supplements. I'm not your typical 'ingredient or chemical fearing individual', however I tend to draw the line with preworkouts. Honestly, I hate how the stuff makes me feel, its a bizarre concoction of chemicals that make you feel like your on something illegal. I'm not keen.

So I spent a lot of time throughout my degree researching natural performanceenhancers. I wrote a systematic review on the performance enhancing effects of beetroot. It's pretty interesting stuff.

I've put that research, and a lot of testing (on myself) to good use, and I've made this allnatural, pre workout smoothie, that gives you a ridiculous pump.
