Craving Claypot Rice but don't have a Claypot at home? Do not fret!

In this video I share with you a recipe where you can cook Claypot Rice in a normal saucepan! The secret lies in how you achieve that crispy crust! I also share how to prepare the salted fish to add that extra umami boost to the dish!

For the rice, I'm using USA Calrose Rice (https://bit.ly/LazOkomeUSCalroseRice) It is a medium grain rice that is very versatile. It is plump, moist and great for absorbing the flavours of the chicken and lup cheong.
