Here is a simple, easy bread recipe!
Quick Yeast Bread
54 cups flour
2 Tbl yeast
2 Tbl sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups warmhot water
1/4 cup cooking oil
Put 4 cups of the flour, the yeast, sugar, and salt into a large bowl and mix together. Pour in hot water and oil and mix until combined it will be sticky. Add remaining flour in increments untio dough is smooth and elastic. Put a little oil in bottom of bowl and rotate dough. Cover with a towel and leave in warm place to rise until double in size (about 1/2 hour). Punch down and divide dough intio two pieces. Shape dough to fill two well oiled loaf pans and cover. Leave to rise until dough has reached the rim of the pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
