Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk, warmed to 110115°F
2 1/4 teaspoons instant or active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups allpurpose flour
Vegetable spray for greasing
Bake the rolls at 350°F until they color lightly 1520 minutes
