This video is a recording of a webinar that I held to help explain macros, what they are, how they work, and how to use the Lose It! app to track your macros to help with weight loss (can also be used for weight gain). While fitness if my thing, I too struggle with making good food decisions, after attending a training on Macros I decided to give it a try and was blown away and the results that I had in just a few weeks. Even better than the weight loss I've noticed the inflammation that I get due to arthritis has reduced significantly. Mindful eating is the key and when you use an app to track your macros you think about what you are eating and you tend to make better choices. I hope you enjoy this information.
