Hey guys welcome back! Find this KILLER full body workout listed below:
warm up first
Back Squat 5x3 (working sets)
5 Supersets of:
Bench Press off Pins x 3 reps
Pull Ups (as many as possible, switching grips)
Banded RDL 4x10
Do this Circuit 3x through:
Farmers Carry x 30s
Reverse Crunches x 30s
Plank x 30s
