I have been making bread in a bread machine for over 10 years. The sandwich bread turns out amazing.
Bread machine Bread Recipe
1 1/3 cup of filtered water( 307.565)
3 cups bread flour (360 grams)
2 1/2 tablespoons oil (or butter)
1/4 cup dry milk(60grams)
2 1/2 teaspoon active yeast (14.22 grams)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt (8.53 grams)
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar (42.67 grams)
