Ingredients:
Dough:
100 g flour type 405 (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
250 g margarine (8.8 oz)

200 g flour type 405 (1⅔ cups)
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp vinegar
100 ml water (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
1 tsp salt

For smearing:
2 egg yolks

Bake: 230°C / 446°F 12 minutes on top/bottom heat


Cream:
500 ml milk (2 cups)
74 g vanilla custard powder or cornstarch (½ cup +1 tbsp)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground vanilla
400 ml 30% cream (1⅔ cups + 1 tbsp)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
