Ingredients:
1 cup of yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of buttermilk
3/4 of a teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
1 egg
Butter or bacon grease to cook it in
