Jiffy Corn Pudding Casserole

1 Box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 Can of Whole Kernal Corn (drained)
1 Can of Creamed Corn
1 Stick of Salted Butter (melted)
1 Cup of Sour Cream
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir making sure everything is mixed together. Don't over mix.

Pour into greased 8×8 casserole dish. Bake for 4045 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.

Casserole is done when the center is slightly puffy and small cracks appear on the top. Allow casserole to cool and set a few minutes before serving.

For extra flavor you can add 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese, chopped jalapeños, green chilies, onion or green onion. The sky is the limit. Enjoy!
