What's good BBQ Family!! Happy Sunday!! So I recently got a nice care package from Snake River Farms and I got a beautiful American Kurobuta Pork Porterhouse. But I'm curious if it's really better than what I can get at my local butcher?‍♂ So in todays video we're going to find out if Snake River Farms' Pork is worth it. To start I seasoned them both with Bearded Butchers' Hollywood Seasoning and then reversed seared them over El Diablo's Mesquite Lump Charcoal. Then to finish I hit them with a glaze of Kosmo Q's Peach Habenero BBQ Sauce. I won't spoil the fun and tell you which was better, but I will tell you that... they didn't last!
