Made a Snake River Farms Wagyu Picanha on my Weber Grills Smokey Mountain, took out water pan and smoked over Jealous Devil Charcoal and Vaughn Wood Products “Pecan” Comp Chunks!! Used Fire & Smoke BBQ “Shiitake” Rub and it was right on the money!!!
