2 T. Oil
3 Scallions or Green Onions, chopped
2 Jalapenos, chopped
2T. Garlic, minced
3/4 c. Chicken broth, Pineapple Juice or Water
2 T. Soy Sauce
1 t. Allspice
1 t. Cinnamon
2 T. Red Wine Vinegar or Lime Juice
1 Large Onion, chopped
2 t. Cajun Spices (I use Tony's)
