In this video I show you how to make one of my favorite Asian takeout meals, Beef and Broccoli made in your instant pot. It’s an easy recipe even for beginners. I show you step by step how to make this recipe to help alleviate any fear you may have using your Instant Pot. I have keto or low carb and gluten free options. Let’s get cooking together!

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Flank steak (or chuck roast or flap meat)
3 Tbsp vegetable Oil (I used avocado)
1216 oz (1 lb) frozen Broccoli
2 tsp of sesame oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes (less if you don't like too much heat)
1/2 cup of soy sauce (I used gluten free soy sauce)
1/3 cup brown sugar (you can use same amount of Swerve brown sugar for keto)
1 cup beef broth (I used 1 Tbsp Better than Bouillon beef flavor with 1 cup water)

Thickener:
1/4 cup corn starch mixed with 3 Tbsp cold water
or
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum if making this Keto

toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion for garnish (optional)

**if you use fresh broccoli florets, cut them into but size pieces and add them right before you add the slurry. Cook 35 minutes with lid off while sauce is thickening, to desired doneness.
