Batman is a guy who trains in every way possible, then spends his free time fighting crime and running a business. How can you push yourself that hard without something breaking?

Well of course, you can't. But if you want to train as hard as possible and achieve as much else as you can, then you need to approach your training like a job. That means no ego. It means listening to your body, and it means watching videos back to ensure you're training right.

It also means strengthening your body at unusual angles, and making sure there are no gaps in your functional performance. This video goes over the basics. In part 2, I'll be looking at how to recover from workouts so that you can come back stronger every time, and reduce your injury risk even further.
