Improving Quadricep Flexibility u0026 Stability At The Same Time

This is a quick video that looks at the basic Swissball Hip & Quadricep stretch but with an added variation of using a resistance band to create a core stability challenge. This also aids in the process of trying to increase the range of motion of the rectus femoris (quad muscle) that is often a real problem for knee pain and also with Sacroiliac Joint Pain. This is a lot harder than it looks for the person who lacks a lot of flexibility so a word of caution make sure you can do the simple stretch first.
