95% of the technique needed on the Aviron Rowing Machine is the same as any other machine. But there's one thing to look out for.

Whether you're rowing on a Concept2, an Aviron, a Water Rower or any other machine, the core principles of basic technique are the same Legs, back, arms / arms back legs and this video will help any of you if you're unsure about this and the need for good posture when rowing.
