I documented the difficulties and challenges that I faced when taking up running everyday for 30 days and making it part of my routine, I also tried to show how rewarding it has been and how much of a positive impact it can have.
The unfortunate incident happened due to one of my Saturday rugby matches!
As a beginner I chose to run 3 miles or 5 kilometres (km) per day as the brief research I did said this is a good place to start if you feel like you are able to do so. Try the challenge for yourself!
