Hurricane/tropical storm Eta was our first experience with tropical weather in the camper and another new experience for 2020 Since moving to Florida, there have been several storms that have changed trajectory at the last minute to avoid us. Eta decided to change trajectory TOWARDS us at the last minute, leading to some frantic decision making. While we still have a lot to learn and are not experts at all at preparing for potentially damaging storms here is our experience with our very first one! We are thankful for the meteorologists out there keeping us as prepared as possible, Mike's parents for all their help (and towels ), and for our safety through all of this. Our hearts go out to all of those who were affected by this storm and all of the others this year.
