Our trip to Brazil was supposed to be a onceinalifetime adventure, but it was interrupted by a medical emergency my husband had. He had a seizure and was diagnosed with a brain tumor durig our vacation. It was not a pretty situation, but we got through it with the help of our travel insurance.
In the end, we had to travel back to Europe by ambulance jet, which was the safest and most comfortable option for my husband's condition.
