The Arepas of Yucca are made in countries like Colombia, Venezuela, Santo Domingo and other countries. In Colombia, in the North of the country, they are made with grated raw yucca and add cheese and salt and they are very tasty too. 800 gr Yucca
250 gr Fresh cheese, semihard and salty if possible
*In Colombia, you can use Queso Costeño
4 Spoonfuls of Butter
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
