2 eggs
Sugar 60g
Cake flour 70g (All purpose flour, Ok)
Vanilla Extract 2ml (Can be omitted)

Espresso 60g
Water 60g
Sugar 15g
Kahlua 15g (Can be omitted)

If you don't have espresso, (instant coffee 6g , water 120g, sugar 15g)

Mascarpone cheese 200g
Heavy cream 100g (Whipping cream)
Sugar 10g
2 Egg yolks
Syrup (sugar 40g, water 30g)
