2 Whole Red Snapper Fish, Gutted and Scaled (Or any fish of your choice)
1 Lemon, Sliced
1 Lime, Sliced
Lime and Distilled White Vinegar for Cleaning
Shredded Green Onion for Garnish

VEGGIE MIXTURE
1 to 2 Cups Chopped Bell Pepper (I used 1/2 of Each: Red, Yellow, and Green)
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1/4 Cup Parsley
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp Sazon Tropical Seasoning (Link to purchase: https://amzn.to/3PzSU5u )
1 Tsp Olive Oil

SEASONING MIXTURE:
1 Tbsp Tony's Creole Seasoning ( I used the no salt kind, but that is not required)
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Sazon Tropical Seasoning (Optional if using regular Tony's)
3 to 4 Tbsp Olive Oil

NOTES:

This recipe can be done with any fish of your choice. It is not only limited to this particular kind.

This recipe can also be done on a grill. Just wrap the fish in aluminum foil and grill for 3040 minutes!

The seasoning can be used as a dry rub without adding the olive oil if you prefer to do so.
