1/4 cup olive oil
3 thin slices of lemon rind/skin
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
Thumb size ginger thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 medium red onion sliced
1 habanero
Salt to season
Hand full of parsley
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
