Ingredients:
1/2 lb or 225 of chicken (breast or thigh)
2 stalks of green onion
1/2 Tbsp or 7ml of vegetable oil
4 cups or 950ml of water with 2 cubes of Caldo de Pollo (or chicken stock)
2 Tbsp of corn starch
2 Tbsp water
1/2 Tbsp of sesame oil
