1/2 Tbsp AP Flour
1 tbsp of olive oil
*lemon or lime juice when done cooking

4 tomatoes
1 Tbsp tomato chicken bouillon
1/2 medium onion
2 chipotles in adobo sauce
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of water
Small bunch of cilantro
1/2 tbsp of Mexican oregano
Juice of 1 key lime
