Mango 200g
Lemon juice 10g
Sugar 10g
Pectine 6g
※This recipe can make 90g jam,this jam is not for toast.

▼Chiffon cake
Milk 43g
oil 30g
Egg yolk 3顆(50g)
Cake Flour 55g
Egg yolk 3顆(95g)
Sugar 45g
Lemon juice 5g

(And you can also add 30g mango jam into egg yolk batter, then you will have a mango flavor cake. )
※ Cake pan: 6 inch round cake pan, height 7cm
※ 200°/100° 35~40 mins , the temperature inside is 150°,use an oven thermometer to check it.
