Today I will make a lemon chiffon cake with a refreshing taste that does not require cake layering and frosting. Fluffy lemon chiffon cake topped with refreshing lemon cream cheese lava is extremely delicate,airy and soft, melts in the mouth.

INGREDIENTS
☘Lemon Chiffon Cake
3 medium eggs (5560/each, with shell)
Cake flour 45g
Milk 25g
Lemon juice 20g
Vegetable oil 30g
Caster sugar 50g
Lemon juice (for whipping the egg whites)

☘Cream cheese lava
Lemon zest
Cream cheese(softened) 140g
Caster sugar 40g
Cream 80g
Milk 35g
Lemon juice 1015g

☘** Preheat oven to 140C/285F
** Bake at 140C/285F for 40 minsadjust to 160C/320F and bake for 810 mins

☘柠檬奶盖
柠檬皮屑
奶油奶酪(室温软化) 140克
细砂糖 40克
淡奶油 80克
牛奶 35克
柠檬汁 1015克

☘** 预热烤箱140C/285F
** 140C/285F烤制40分钟然后调至160C/320F再烤810分钟
