How to make Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Really healthy alternative to your regular flour, sugar and butter mix.
This is gluten free and lower in calories than the usual Cookie
Ingredients:
One can of Chickpeas drained, rinsed and dried
3 Tablespoons of liquid sweetener, I’m using Skinny food syrup, you can use honey, guava or maple syrup
½ Cup peanut butter or almond butter or mix together like mine.
1 tsp baking powder

Blend together until smooth then fold in ¼ cup choc chips.
Use cookie scoop to put onto baking tray then use fork to squash into flat shape.

Bake in the oven 350f / 180c for 1720 mins or until they start to go golden brown.

They are not a crunchy cookie as they are more like a Jaffa cake in texture but absolutely delicious
