How to make Citrus Garlic Butter Salmon (baked) Recipe.

Ingredients:
* 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
* 4 tablespoons butter, melted
* Zest of 1 lemon
* Zest of 1 tangerine
* 1 tablespoon Khmeli Suneli spice mix
* 0.25 tbsp minced garlic (3.75 grams)
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 0.25 tablespoon chives, garnish (3.5 grams)

Instructions:
* Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
* In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon zest, tangerine zest, and Khmeli Suneli spice mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
* Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
* Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, placing one lemon slice between each fillet. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is generously coated. Sprinkle chopped garlic over the top of the salmon fillets, distributing it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 1520 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
* Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. You can garnish with additional lemon or tangerine zest if desired.
* Serve the deliciously flavoured salmon hot with your favourite sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
