4 eggs (250 g with shell)
100 g of fine sugar
65 g wheat flour (450)
All ingredients at room temperature
Plate: 32cm x 32cm

RECIPE FOR DARK SPONGE CAKE:
4 eggs
80 g of sugar
60 wheat flour
10 g of cocoa
All ingredients should be at room temperature
Mold: 38 cm x 27 cm
