How to make a Healthy Pepperoni Pizza

Making a pizza is quite easy
Base: ingredients
120g plain flour
1 egg white then make weight up to 70 with water
1tsp yeast & 1/2 tsp salt
!/2 tsp oil.
mix together until smooth then leave to prove till it doubles in size
Tomatoe sauce:
1 medium onion, 2 large garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp salt
cook for 40 mins to 1 hour (simmered)
Pepperoni:
1 pack 2% turkey breast mince
3 tsp smoked paprika and 3 tsp fajita seasoning
mix and put in tube the foil wrap and cook for 20 mins 180 deg'


Pizza: roll out dough, add 4 tbls tomatoe paste, 30g grated mozzerella and sliced pepperoni. cook at 180 for 15 mins
