Ondehondeh (sweet potato and pandan flavors)

Today I making two flavors of coconut glutinous rice balls with Palm sugar (sweet potato and pandan), which has a burst of sweetness, which is really good!
《Recipe》 Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Ball:
120g sweet potatoes (after steaming, press into mash)
50g glutinous rice flour
24 tablespoons water
1 tsp oil
After kneading into moderately hard and soft dough, divide them into about 15 pieces (about 12 grams each)
《Recipe》Pandan glutinous rice balls:
70g glutinous rice flour
50ml pandan juice (56 pieces of pandan leave cut into small sections, 100ml water is used to make the juice, strain)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 tsp oil
After kneading into a dough, divide into about 10 pieces (about 12 grams each)
Filling
100 Palm sugar/ Gula Melaka ( chopped)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
Mix well
100g shredded white coconut + a pinch of salt, steamed 5 minutes and set aside
Pulut Panggang
Ingredients
Steamed glutinous rice
300g glutinous rice (soaked for 1 hour)
200ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
few pandan leaves
A Ingredients (Blend)
6 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 sticks of lemongrass
1 small piece ginger
2 small pieces turmeric
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
A little assam paste water (tamarind water)
2 tablespoons water
**Blend all the Ingredients of A*******
Other Ingredients:
40g dried shrimp (chopped)
60g white shredded coconut
2 tbsp chili paste (cili boh)
2 large banana leaves (cut into 12 rectangles (20cm x 10cm)
a few toothpicks
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons sugar
**The chili paste can be replaced with 3 dried chili peppers. After soaking in water, put them in a blender and beat them together with spices**
Pandan Kueh Puteri Ayu
Ingredients:
3 eggs (size B) (if it is egg A, just 2pcs enough)
120g caster sugar
100ml pandan juice (blend 6 pieces of pandan and 110ml water)
60ml coconut milk
150g allpurpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Coconut layer:
120g fresh shredded white coconut
2 tsp corn flour
a pinch of salt
Steamed Tapioca Cake with Gula Melaka Kuih Bingka Ubi Kayu Ubi Melaka
Ingredient
600g cassava (peeled and grated)
25g fresh shredded white coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Cook the coconut syrup:
150g gula Melaka (chopped)
25g brown sugar
150ml coconut milk
150ml water
3 pandan leaves (knotted)
Mold:
7inch square baked buns (lined with banana leaves/oiled paper and greased)
