Hey everyone! In this video, I'm going to be showing you how to make easy DIY sugar wax at home. I will also do a demo and show you how to safely use it. Enjoy!

Instructions:
1. Combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and 1/2 cup water in a pot, then stir well
2. Turn stove on to a lowmedium to medium hear and adjust as necessary
3. Keep mixture between 240 260 F degrees
4. After about 20 minutes, the mixture should be thickened and darker in color
5. Test to see if sugar wax is ready to be used: get a bowl of ice water and drop a small amount of the sugar wax mixture into the bowl. Gather the mixture in the bowl and try to form it into a small ball. If the ball forms, flatten it with fingers and try to form the ball again. If the ball forms for the second time, the wax is ready to be used. If the ball falls apart or dissolves away, heat on the stove for about 2 more minutes and then do the test again.
6. Once sugar wax is done, let cool for at least 5 minutes before transferring it to a glass jar for storage.
7. To reheat sugar wax, put the jar in the microwave for 10 to 15second increments until melted.
8. Application: apply wax in the opposite direction of hair growth. Pull/remove strip in the same direction of hair growth.
