In this video, I am cooking Sushi Rice from scratch. This is the base of making any Sushi.
Ingredients for Sushi rice (for 23 portion)
Rice 2 cups
Water 2 cups
Kombu kelp 5 g
Sushizu (Sushi vinegar mix):
Vinegar 4 Tbsp
(preferably rice vinegar, but other vinegar like white wine vinegar or apple vinegar will also work.)
Sugar 3 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp
