We primarily use cast iron for cooking in our home and were asked to demonstrate how we care for and maintain our cast iron. Our cast iron is well seasoned so this video is not on how to season a cast iron skillet rather on the subject of cleaning and maintaining the skillet. Hope you find it useful. As mentioned this is not the only way to care for and maintain cast iron but I have found it to be what works for our family.
