Since 1942, Top's Diner in East Newark, New Jersey, has been known as one of the best diners in the country. After reconstructing the spot from the ground up in 2020, coowner Dimitrios “Jimmy” Golemis and his team pride themselves on serving everything from disco fries to surf & turf to homemade cheesecake to over 15,000 customers per week.
