I feel like I can officially say I have made a lifestyle change and been doing it for 6 months. I am so excited for reaching this milestone and know that is it only the beginning to the rest of my life. Through doing keto, staying hydrated, fasting and doing OMAD I have been able to consistently loose weight over the past 6 months.

I am a happier and healthier person for it and see growth every day. My mindset has changed and I also incorporate other mental heath practices into my day such as audio books and bullet journaling.
