1 month MADFIT calendar workout REVIEW - Pros and cons - I did the MADFIT January challenge

I decided to do the madfit January challenge this past month. It does not have to be January to workout or to complete this challenge. This means I did MADFIT's workout for 1 month. It is 7 days a week and it was a lot of fun. In this video I will share some pros and cons from this and my overall thoughts.
