I've been wanting to make this video but it took me a while because wanted to make it *thorough*. Procrastination is such a complex problem that it didn't seem right to brand any one app or technique as the "easy fix".

But if I think back what changed between my 5th grade self (horrible blend of procrastinator & perfectionist, staying up past midnight to finish my silly little book reports) and my current college student self (staying on top of things, always starting work early, etc.), I could identify THREE categories of important changes that TOGETHER made alllll the difference for me. I really hope this video helps
