A study reveals that the left hemisphere of the brains of those who read before bed was more active when they woke up the next morning [1]. This part of the brain plays a role in helping us remember the meanings of words. That's why reading books is also a great way to fight diseases such as Alzheimer's [2][3][4]. Although it is not well known, Alzheimer's is unfortunately one of the leading causes of death. So, we should not just say that I will learn what I will learn from videos. you may forget all about it one day in the future. You have to turn those dusty pages once in a while. The secret is to consume that dust a little :)
