HOMEMADE MUSTARD | 3 WAYS!

I started making my own mustard and absolutely love it! In this video I share 3 simple mustard recipes that you can add to your sandwiches, sauces and dressings.

Mustard Recipe

4 tbsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup acv
1/4 1/2 tsp salt

Blend or grind mustard seeds until they are all broken.
Add water.
Let sit for 110 minutes depending on level of spice desired.
Add apple cider vinegar and salt

Place in the fridge until the next day when it will taste its best.
Should store for weeks in a sealed container in the fridge.

To make honey mustard mix in 1 or 2 tbsp of maple syrup or blend with 1 or 2 dates.

To make fancy herbed mustard, add your favourite herbs and spices.
