Henry's Puffy Tacos San Antonio | Is It Soft Or Crunchy? Are these the best tacos in San Antonio? Puffy Tacos in San Antonio are unlike anything else in TexMex cuisine. They're somehow both soft and fluffy, yet delightfully crunchy at the same time and it's mindblowing!

Henry, brother of Ray from Ray's Drive Inn, has his own take on the Puffy Taco and it's just as tasty. We may not have discovered what's in their top secret recipe for these tacos, but I did find out that the result is a masterpiece of light, airy, puffy taco perfection.
