Hello from Berlin! Today we bring you a weekly menu / meal prep / batch cooking, super healthy for those of you who have to eat away from home (or not), don't have much time and want to be well nourished.

It is a menu to make in about 90 minutes on Sunday, with very simple and inexpensive ingredients that we all have at home. And, as I was saying, we are going to fix our food at work, the University ... from Monday to Friday, and we are going to eat wonderfully.

At the end of the video we propose a basic but very rich menu, with superfoods included, for each day of the week, combining the ingredients in different ways.



PS: We have received questions about whether the chicken was kept in good condition in the refrigerator until Friday and, although it is specified in the note, it could create confusion for the viewer. Therefore, we have removed the Friday menu from the video.

// NOTE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR KEEPING FOOD //

Put the food in the refrigerator in airtight glass containers within 2 hours after being prepared.
The refrigerator temperature should be between 1 and 4oC.
Do not stack the containers so that the cold circulates well.
Meats and stews, if well cooked, can last up to 34 days in good condition once prepared. Rather, they must be frozen after cooking.
Cooked cereals, pseudocereals and legumes can last up to 5 days.
Cooked eggs, if kept in the shell, can last up to 7 days. If they are preserved without peel, it is recommended to consume them in 23 days.
Cooked vegetables can last up to 5 days, but keep in mind that they are very likely to lose their texture a bit.
The cut vegetables can last the 5 days without problems, as long as they are not seasoned.
To keep the leaves crispier, it is recommended to place a paper towel at the base of the container and another on top of the leaves once they have been placed, so that they absorb moisture. In this way they can be kept for 5 days.
As for the fruit, it depends on its level of maturity and the variety.
