You need wiggle room to establish a new self image and standards that everything is "enough" without you being in full control. Todays video I share an illustration with practical, everyday advice on how to work with perfectionism and release the need to control. When you look at your life, notice how you are a perfectionist in some areas and disorganized/chaotic in others. The Inner work can be simple if we keep in mind one question can you accept it as it is? Be mindful of your time, energy and be gentle with your heart in unraveling the many layers of perfectionism.
