Gym Workout For Pole Dancers | Pole Dance Conditioning

Hey Pole friends, Today Im brining you a workout you can follow at the gym to help you get stronger for pole dance. This is a very detailed video on each exercise so I hope it doesnt bore you too much. However technique really can be the make or break for results. Todays workout is specific to upper body strength for pole dance. My recomendation is too choose a weight you can do for 10 12 reps and perform each superset for 3 rounds.
