This is a close encounter with a grizzly bear during the time of Hyperphagia. It was as close as 50 yards when first seen in the tall grass. It can be a bit scary when they continue to move towards you as this grizzly did. I was moving away the entire time as it was moving towards me because it never looked up in my direction to see me. This is outside the Yellowstone Park boundary.
