Filmed on the scenic section of the Midland Main Line between Market Harborough and Leicester (plus a throughrun to London St Pancras) the 39 years of the iconic High Speed Trains (aka InterCity 125s) draws to a close in May 2021. By this time most services were covered by modern diesel multiple units a few of which are included in the film to illustrate the "old and the new" eras.
